Description
The Pinemeadow Excel Strong Irons are a perfect blend of technology and game improving advantage. The sleek radius of the sole and notch weighting system throughout the club head create an optimum launch trajectory that maximizes distance through added carry and roll. Like all of our irons, the clubs are easy to hit and very forgiving. The short hosel, rounded toe and moderate top line of these clubs a favorite to both low and high handicap players.
Although our name of Pinemeadow Excel Strong Irons this does not associate with "strong" lofts in the iron set. If you are buying the Excel Strong Irons, Pinemeadow Excel Strong Titanium Driver and Pinemeadow Excel Strong 3 Wood are a perfect complement.

Mike rated this product on 12/10/08 I just got a set of excel strong irons and the excel strong driver for my daughter for Christmas. They look great and feel even better. I was so impressed, I immediately called and ordered another set, for my wife to give me for Christmas. Thank you very much Gabe and Chris, I couldn't be more pleased with the service and the clubs. I know I will be ordering again in the future!
jos rated this product on 09/29/08 Got my clubs on a Friday morning and went to the course the afternoon. I could not belief what happened to me. The front 9 a 43 (normally a 48/50) and the back 9 a 45. Normally i struggle to be under 100,but with these clubs i feel confident that a 90 is also possible.(with more acurete putting) Must amid that the delivery was outstanding. They keep me up-to-date with the process and delivery took 7 days from US to NZ including a weekend Thanks Pinemeadow for bringing golf to a different level for me.
Josh rated this product on 09/19/08 First time out. Took 20 strokes off my game
Josh said the following about this product on 09/15/08 Got my set on Thursday after returing from the golf course. So I took them to the range. I hit just about every shot straight. So far so good. Now I just need to see how well my game improves. I'll post again after my next round.
Steve W rated this product on 09/03/08 After being a very casual golfer for the past 10 years (mostly due to lack of time and effort), I decided I was ready to start trying to play regularly and improve my game. I did some homework, worked on my swing and started playing fairly regularly this summer (3-4 times/month). After about 4-5 rounds where I consitently shot around 118-120, I decided if I was going to get better, I needed some new clubs. Enter Pinemeadow. After getting measured, I found I needed longer than standard clubs. But buying from a golf shop was expensive. A little research led me to Pinemeadow.com and I decided to try the Excel Strongs (heck, with a 30-day satisfaction policy, what was there to lose?). The clubs showed up on a Thursday, and I played my first round on Saturday morning. I shot a 101. Granted part of it was that my old clubs were so bad, anything would be an improvement, but I love these clubs. They feel great and give me much greater confidence on the course. I no longer shoot to get close to the green, now I shoot to get close to the pin. So much so that I even got my first eagle -- on a par 4 no less (yes, some luck involved, but still...). Now, 5 weeks after getting my clubs, I'm shooting around a 106-108 regularly, and still getting better. And the clubs have been a big part of it. You can't beat the price for the quality of club you get, and the service has been great. So much so that I told a buddy in the same situation about Pinemeadow. He was a believer in brand names, and was looking at Pings, but didn't want to drop $1,000+ for clubs when he had a 29 handicap. But he ended up ordering a set of ZR1's and loves them too. If you want new clubs, but think you need a brand name, do yourself a favor and try a set of clubs from Pinemeadow. You can't go wrong.
